From the Library – THIS FRIDAY (4/9/21): Yoga Movement and Breath
Kasia Pelepko, an instructor at Now: Yoga and Movement, will join us (via Zoom) this week for Yoga Movement and Breath on Friday, April 9, at 6:00 PM.
This program will help you develop body awareness and embrace the remarkable things your body can do: move, focus, and breathe… all with an attitude of curiosity and playfulness! You’ll also learn some traditional yoga shapes that use various props you probably already have at home (a floor, a wall, a yoga belt or scarf, and a yoga block or some books). And we’ll end every class with some satisfying stretches and a short savasana (resting pose) to allow for some integration and rest.

And if you can’t make it this Friday, don’t sweat it! Yoga Movement and Breath will be held every Friday this month.
