An experienced LawNY Health Care Navigator can help you and your family explore your health insurance options and enroll in coverage through the New York State of Health Marketplace. LawNY Navigators can help residents of Monroe and Livingston Counties apply for Medicaid, the Essential Plan, or a Private Health Plan.
Our first batch of one-hour appointments with a LawNY Health Care Navigator will be available on Friday, August 27. Please register now for your desired slot (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, or 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM) through our Event Calendar.
Additional dates with more appointments (September 24, October 29, November 19, and December 31) will be available throughout the Fall.
Please bring photo ID, proof of income in the form of the most recent four weeks of paystubs (or if self-employed, the previous year’s tax return), immigration or naturalization papers (if applicable), and social security numbers and birth dates of all family members.
Individuals aged 65 or older, and individuals who receive Medicare, are generally not eligible for insurance on the Marketplace.
