LawNY Navigators can help residents of Monroe and Livingston Counties apply for Medicaid, the Essential Plan, or a Private Health Plan.
The 2021-2022 Open Enrollment Period for the New York State Health Care Marketplace runs through January 31, 2022, and you can meet with a LawNY Health Care Navigator for a one-hour appointment at the library to discuss your options on Friday, December 17. Please register now for your desired slot (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, or 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM) through our Event Calendar.
Please bring photo ID, proof of income in the form of the most recent four weeks of paystubs (or if self-employed, the previous year’s tax return), immigration or naturalization papers (if applicable), and social security numbers and birth dates of all family members.
Individuals aged 65 or older, and individuals who receive Medicare, are generally not eligible for insurance on the Marketplace.
