From the Library – Tutorial Videos for Maker’s Lab Equipment Now Available
We’ve got a new option available for patrons interested in reserving the equipment in our Maker’s Lab!
More staff-led Training Classes are being added to our Event Calendar all the time, but if you have extensive experience using complex technology or if you enjoy and prefer independent learning, you might want to take a look at our Self-Directed Tutorial Videos for the Maker’s Lab.
To schedule a Self-Directed session, please fill out the Maker’s Lab Contact Form. Maker’s Lab staff will contact you to confirm the date and time of your session. You will also receive a copy of the user agreement, written instructions, and a link to a video tutorial for the equipment you requested. Please read the instructions and watch the video tutorial before you arrive.
Self-Directed Tutorial Videos and written instructions are available for our Flatbed Image Scanner, VHS-to-DVD Converter, 8MM/Super8 Digitizer, H4n Zoom Audio Recorder, Sewing Machine, and our Cricut Paper Cutting Machine.
Please be advised, no staff assistance will be available if you choose to reserve the Maker’s Lab with this option.
