From the Library – THIS FRIDAY (2/24/23): Embodied Empowerment: Tween/Teen Yoga & Movement

Come rock your inner beauty and your awesomeness with Embodied Empowerment: Yoga & Movement for Tweens and Teens on Friday, February 24, at 4:00 PM.

Treat your body and mind to an hour of self love, care, and kindness. This specialized yoga class provides a safer, non-competitive space for tweens and teens to practice self agency, to choose how to be in their body and move freely, to work with their emotions, and de-stress.

No yoga experience is necessary, but if you’d like, feel free to bring a mat or towel to use.

Embodied Empowerment: Yoga & Movement will be presented by Erin Wafer from StretchingKindness, and is designed for tweens and teens between 10 and 18. If you’d like to attend, please register now through our Event Calendar.
